I am upgrading the Fulton Winch on my 13 Mojo.

I am selling the F2 winch that is on the boat currently. Its a 2013 Model, nothing wrong with it, strap has some wear marks but is easily replaced.

I am upgrading because for my situation I crank the Mojo on the trailer by hand a lot, and I wanted a new 2 speed winch.

This Winch will do the job and is better then the factory supplied winch but for my situation I am upgrading.

This is the closest Link to the Winch I can find.

I can get you direct Pictures but here is the winch on the boat.

Factory Winch is also for sale. 30 bucks plus shipping.

Fulton F2 winch is 50 + shipping.
F2 has a nicer handle, plastic covers to make it look cleaner, better gearing and single switch to change directions.

I assume he's moving to the 3200 lb 2 speed F2. That's what I just installed, it's a solid product.

Exactly what I'm getting. I like the reviews and it has a Low Gear for when the boat is almost on the Trailer.

With the LSV it was never an issue, I could drive onto the trailer and use slight power to overcome the boats weight while winching.

The Mojo on the other hand doesn't self center soon enough and I proped the trailer last year. So now I only winch it on and the boat nose is so much heavier I'm cranking really hard. I have a bad L4 and L5 vertebra in my lower back and winching the boat on always causes pain.

Got it PM sent back.
F2 is sold at this time.

I do still have the factory unit if anyone needs a new one or upgrade an older unit.

damn that was quick. If jmvotto decides he doesn't want the F2 I'll take it.
I need to spend more time on here :)

I guess it pays to have the flu and be home the last couple days, bored out of my mind as well.

Hopefully get back to the grind tomorrow.

I propped mine last year as well, you might recall the posts last year. That was the main driver for the upgrade. I have a pic of the newly installed F2 posted in a few threads... Including my Exile install thread.

You'll need a nice 1/2" bit for the two new holes and at least one more piece of hardware since the supplied bolts are too short for the square tube. Or maybe you already have the 3 hole pattern with the smaller F2...

It still won't budge the boat on dry land but it's a solid improvement at the ramp... And it's appropriately sized for the application IMO.

Enjoy!

Gtk I thought it was a direct swap.

The F2 your getting JM is a direct fit. I unbolted the Factory unit and installed this one in about 10 minutes.

I'm hoping the new one is a direct Fit but if not I'll make it work.
Uniwarking have you used the gear reduction? Think you pull the handle out to the side and it changes gear speeds.

Yep, just slides out... The handle is long enough though that I don't think you'll really need it.

It's a 3 hole mount but you'll have it done pretty fast.
