OK, post up your favorite SB trivia questions here. I used to love this stuff and once won a bunch of drinks and prizes when the Cowboys were destroying the Bills. Anyway, (without searching on the internet) here's an update on an old fun question:

There are three (now it's 5) colleges that have each produced 3 quarterbacks that have played in the Superbowl. Name the three (5) colleges and the 9 (15) QB's.

Post your guesses and I'll post the answer on Sat. so you have it in time for the big game. Please, everyone else post answers to your own questions on Sat. as well.

(Hint: Several years ago I had trouble coming up with the third one. Then I realized it does not say "started" the SB, just "played in" so someone like Steve Grogan who backed up Tony Eason in '85-86 would qualify because he played in the game.)

Bonus question related to the one above:

There are four other colleges that each have two QB's who played in the big game. Can you name the 4 schools and the other 8 QB's??????

In what year did the two teams state legalize pot and make it to the Super Bowl , name the teams for extra credit.....

BYU, Miami, ND, Michigan, ucla

Montana, young,McMahon, Brady,testa verde, Kelly,aikman .

3. What QB has the highest passer rating in a SB?

4. Who is the all time leader in receptions in SB's?

5. Who rushed for the most yards in a single SB game? (Bonus: who has most career SB rushing yards?)

6. What team lost by the largest margin of points in any SB?

7. What QB threw for 6 TD in a single SB game?

Alabama: Starr, Stabler, Namath
Notre Dame: Montana, Theismann, Lamonica
Maryland: Esisason, O'Donnell, Reich
Purdue: Dawson, Griese, Brees
California: Kapp, Morton, Rodgers (Ferragamo played at Cal but graduated from Nebraska)

2. At the time the question was posted there were 4 teams tied each with 4 SB losses. (Minn., Denver, Buff., New England), but now there is a team with 5 losses: The Denver Broncos.

3. Phil Simms, NYG, 150.92

4. Player with most career receptions in SB games is Jerry Rice with 33 catches.

5. Single game: Timmy Smith, Washington (204 yards) Career rushing leader: Franco Harris, Pitt. (254)

6. That distinction goes to the Denver Broncos who lost SB XXIV to San Francisco 55-10.

7. Steve Young threw 6 TD passes in SB 29, defeating the SD Chargers 49-26.
