headunit and remote delete?

Since adding the EQ I haven't used the headunit and remote even once. So I'd like to just remove them both, but what to put in their place?

Thinking maybe the Wetsounds bluetooth controller in place of the remote?

What EQ do you use? The 420? and what do you use as an input? Are you already using the WS-Bluetooth?

I was thinking of adding that to my system, but between the flash drives (<$10 each) that we pre-load with different styles of music and the Sirrius/XM I don't know if I would use another input. But I thought that it might be nice to have so when the kids have something on their phone that they want to hear...

I have the WS420sq but just plug the phone in. Would like to go wireless though.
