I just purchased a 2008 Mobius LSV. I had to drop the tower to get it into storage. I'm not real comfortable with how it is sitting right now. It's basically sitting on the back seat. I see that people have made supports, but I would really like to see some pictures. Does anyone have any they can post of how they support their tower when folded?

Also, along the same lines, using these stands/supports, are people able to put their covers on? Right now, I've just got it draped over everything. Not ideal.

Thanks in advance!

On mine it would rest on the wake board racks against the main rear tower support.

I dont have a picture handy but i think a simple and solid method would be get a 1ft square 1/4inch plywood board. Then a 2x4 and mount it standing up. Then notch out the top to a U to hold the tower. Use 1 or 2 stands depending on how comfortable you are.

I will get a picture posted of my tower support that the previous owner made. Give me a day and I will get it posted.

.same here, or a 2x4 with a cutout in the shape of a beer can was a super simple way.

probably overkill but used 2 2x4 space about 6" apart with spacer blocks all nailed together, with a notched end for the tower bars.

I use a pair of old towels wedged between the wakeboard racks and the lower tower support. Works great, padded spot to rest on.

So these are not the greatest pictures but it is basically a 4x4 that runs the width of the boat with a short 4x4 attached on top of the end foot or so that support the "legs" of the tower. Hope that makes sense.
