2011 MOOMBA LSV

174 HOURS - CLEAN AND LOADED!

$44,500

The time has come to sell my LSV. I don't expect it to sell before Spring but I thought I would post it up anyway in case someone on here needed a new ride for the holidays. I have the price set at the upper end of the NADA value because I think it is worth it. It has been excellently maintained. All service has been performed by the local Moomba dealer (Atlanta Marine). I am the second owner of this boat and have put approximately 150 hours on it since purchased in April of 2012. This boat still shines as if it was new and everytime we take it out people ask if it was new and comment on how nice it is. I had the oil changed and it was winterized on 11/7/13. This boat is absolutely ready to go! It needs nothing and has everything!

This boat comes with the following options and upgrades:

325 HP EFI INDMAR ASSAULT ENGINE
ACME 537 PROP
1 PAIR OF WET SOUNDS REV10 TOWER SPEAKERS.
WET SOUNDS SYN 4 AMP
WET SOUNDS WS420Q EQ

KENWOOD 550U HEADUNIT WITH DIGITAL DRIVER AND TRANSOM REMOTES
DUAL BATTERY SETUP WITH SWITCH

INTERIOR LED LIGHTS (BLUE AND WHITE)
ROSWELL SWIVEL RACKS (WAKEBOARD AND WAKESURF)
ROSWELL TOWER MIRROR
TINTED WINDOWS
SWIVEL SEAT
CUSTOM INTEGRATED AND HIDDEN SURF BALLAST (4000LBS)
CUSTOM NON-SKID SWIMPLATFORM COVER
MOOMBA MOORING COVER
Moomba etched Pop-Up Cleats
Stainless Rub Rail
SINGLE AXLE BOATMATE TRAILER

This could also be right as in moving on to a different brand and up to a different size/class

So I think a beer is owed here...

Does the dark colored vinyl get real hot in the sun? It sounds like a dumb question but hear me out!!... I know on my LSV, the fabric was different feeling than the newer ones. Felt more like true vinyl and when the sun got to the darker spots, makes it feel like you hit a stove eye that was on full blast. I am curious to know if the newer fabrics didn't hold as much heat.

Yes, the blue can get pretty hot sometimes. But any dark color is going to get hot. We would put a towel down on the sun pad if we were floating for a while.

Darker = Hotter = Dries the towels faster

Lots of lingering interest but nothing done yet. Hope this weather warms up soon! I expect it to be gone in March or April when it warms up. Ballast has been downgraded to 2600lbs (750lbs x 2 in the rear, 400 under starboard seats and 400 under port seats and 400 in the floor. This is a more appropriate ballast setup for 90% of people who will be surfing.

SOLD!! To a board member...for real this time.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone over the years for all the help and knowledge. I've met some great people and had some great times with you all as well. I'll check-in from time to time and will probably still lurk around.

Is there rules against posting about your new boat here? Would be a shame to not get to see your next build.

E4NASH
03-18-2014, 12:16 PM
I don't think so...but since it's a Moomba board I don't think I will be posting up a thread about a build of another manufacturer. You can keep up with that stuff on my FB page.

I can give a little detail...I have gone into a partnership with some people and am now a co-owner of the Tigé dealership for Atlanta and most of the state of Georgia territory. So my next boat will be a Tigé...VERY excited to start this new venture. Will be both challenging and fun. We have been doing pretty well for only 3 months since our official coming out party at the Atlanta Boat Show. Good things ahead!

Skiers Choice makes a great boat and anytime someone has a question I will be happy to help in anyway I can.

Being a co owner of any inboard dealer just seems like it would be a super fun job. Good lucky with your new adventure and be sure to check out their factory in Abiliene if you have not already. I stopped by there on my way to Lubbock once and did a tour, it was pretty neat!
