Could someone with a newer Outback V (2006+) that has the 3 section rear sunpad provide their dimensions? Maybe take a picture of what they look like? There should be 2 on each side..

I'm looking to convert my rear sunpad from a single one to a three door version but need to find the hinges.

I have a 08 OBV and will try to make it out to my storage unit in the next few days to get some dimensions for you unless someone gets to it first.

Thanks, those are too tall for the older lsv, hoping the outback has shorter ones, closer to an 1in 1/2..

Really? I'm surprised. I would think they're all very close on height from the support lip up to the edge... (the height of the cushion)

I was hoping so.. The lsv cushion is 2.5± inches tall, with 1in exposed when closed on the sides..The Möbius v cushion appears to be flush..

Yes - was pretty much flush. Mine stick up a bit now though.

Try Great Lakes Skipper. I bet you'll find something that will work. Search for "offset piano hinge" or similar but be prepared to burn a couple hours comparing options. They do show some good measurements and multiple pics though. I tried a powder coated white hinge first but couldn't make it work - for $20 I figured it was worth a shot.

I would have been willing to just go with an aluminum hinge and either paint it white or even plastidip it. If you wrap it with vinyl when installing you'll rarely see much of it anyway.

Close to your dimensions - but not cheap...

I'd suggest contacting Jon at SC directly - ask for the part number and dimensions of the hinge(s) for a 2006 OBV. Then contact your favorite SC dealer and have them order it. Will save you a lot of time. Not money necessarily, but time.

Email sent..

Probably just use a piano hinge and add some mounting hardware to the cushion then I can mount it anyway I need to..

Get an email back from Skiers Choice, should be 100589... :)

Thanks all!

That look like a hinge used on the 2008 Outback V. Part number 100589 Hinge Z ship 1” H x 3”.

So the one image I did not take with a reading is the one you needed. Always happens that way. I say it does look like one inch. If you need it I can get back out there tonight to get it for you.
