A couple of the bridges between WA or OR. And a greenpeace ship in the background. (I LOL'd as I surfed past their ship with the HLCD tower speakers blaring and the Pro Boss 351 roaring.)

Well, if you ever come back, LMK. I'll be happy to take ya out. -although the boat's getting winterized as soon as it stops raining long enough for me to do it. :-(

Just little black "X"s

My guess is:

The pics had some hot blonde in them and the wifey got a whif
Iphone 7 isn't quite the deal it looked like in the parking lot of BB
He realized it is way toooo cold in WA to be boating this time of year (big balls award, now I feel like a wuss)

I hate Winter and this "in-between time" No snow here in NorCal, at least not worth the ticket prices

Boat is put away and getting ready for Ski Patrol. Spent the weekend in refreshers and Life Flight landed their new bird so we could see it and the new processes for both landing and loading. Talk about a nice aircraft and a great crew. Now hope that we do not see them for the rest of the season.

What resort do you patrol at?

It would be very cool to fly. It has the newest Garmin system installed and does not even need a wet compass.

I patrol up a Hoodoo. Is is off 22-20-126 about 20 miles from sisters.

Yeah, I know where it is. Almost rode there one evening, but it was raining on the hill do we didn't bother. I ride Meadows...

I use to ski at Meadows in High school all the time. I went back this last year and it is amazing how much they have expanded. One of the reason I choice the patrol I am on is it is a family. I know everyone on the patrol and they know me. It is amazing the jokes you can pull when you know everyone but when we need to get to business everyone works so well together. Meadow has about 300+ on their patrol. Well that and the drive.

Right. We ride meadows as it's our favorite of the 3 on Hood. I live for the pow and the steeps, so t-line just doesn't do it for me. Riding with my family is what keeps me going over the winter. I mean, first tracks on a double black is amazing, but I get just as much satisfaction riding with my wife and son. She's just getting to the point where she can drop 2-bowl and the face on good days. I started my son at 3 and last year at 7 he went with me into Upper Heather Canyon, Jack's woods, and Clark Canyon. I was so stoked! Especially since I only have my son part time, it makes me happy when he's advancing so well despite not being able to be on the snow as much as kids who get taken up more often.

I did some shadowing of a coworker back in the day who patrolled at Ski Bowl. It was cool and all, but a bit too much of a commitment for me. So we go up as a family every weekend and that gets me through these otherwise depressing NW winters.

JM -Happy birthday to your little guy. Bet he enjoyed a sugar high. - Deerfield

Picture was taken yesterday. Expansion to add 40 slips is progressing and should be completed by month end. There will be an upper level with a center hall and lockable storage rooms on each side. Each slip comes with a lift and AC outlets. Will move the boat here from its current dry storage location as soon as construction is finished. Lake Anna is about an hour drive from Richmond.

Nice photo, Happy B-Day to the little guy!!

And make sure you enjoy it! It goes by wayyy tooo fast. My oldest just came in a while ago and told me that a bunch of his friends (all good kids) are coming over tomorrow and watching the first "Hunger Games" in our home theatre then wants me to give them a ride to the theater across town so they can watch the new movie! Inside I wasl all "But, but, but! Movies are our thing!" Next year is college and he is on his second girl friend! And it's killing me!

My only suggestion: get a pontoon boat so all their friends can come to the lake and hang out.

Boy I agree with this. I've got a high school senior and junior who are both driving and way too busy. They do still like to being their friends out on the boat though and love our weekends at the lake.

But a PONTOON boat!!?!?! You have to draw the line somewhere!

Uh! The pontoon is in addition to the Moomba! I've got two wakeboard boats right now and we still need the pontoon boat!

I stand by my convictions and will not bow to the anti-Toon pressures!! Long live the "Toons"!!!!

Eric, don't bend to peer pressure, the toner is in my vocabulary as well. Almost had a pristine 25 fter in 2011, guy bought it right out from under me, hence why we traded the obv for the xlv. We have two docks so I imagine we will have two boats, with 5 kids , 3 dogs and lots of friends, the xlv can get tight... Lol

Count me in on pontoon bandwagon. I've been wanting one for a year or so now. Hoping to pick one up within the next 2 seasons.

Eric, thanks for not bowing down to the anti-toon conspiracy. Love the toon...it definitely has its place in the water fleet. We have a 1991 25 foot Suntracker. Previous owner had re-done all the upholstery and its great. Paid under $5k. Has the original 60hp outboard and it runs great. Only looking to putt around at 10 mph anyway. Every day we are at the lake (when water is too rough to ride) we take it out to deep water and dive, jump, and play silly games....kids and grandparents absolutely love it.

Pontoon could be a cross sell opportunity for Skiers Choice. We, too, have discussed buying one for all the reasons stated above.
