Rear engine cover hinges

On the rear engine cover of my Mobius, the hinges are missing a couple of bolts. I have gotten some replacement bolts but I also have noticed that some arent tightening down very well any more. Is there a specific type of epoxy or hardening solution that I can fill some of the holes with and then redrill and insert the bolts?
