With the NFL season just starting. I figured why not start a smacktalk thread.

Although I live in Indiana and was born and raised here I am a huge Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. I watched Mike Alstott play at Purdue so when he was drafted I officially had a NFL team. Yes the Bucs have sucked since '02 but I am no fair weather fan.

So post up your team and lets get this smacktalk thread going.

I am starting to feel your pain. For some reason the coaches in Tamps think Josh Freeman is good enough to be a started and win games. It's been 4 years he sucks, get rid of him. Freeman is the Mark Sanchez of the NFC south. Thinks he is good but is terrible.

on a related note, I think I should become an arena football fan as who wouldn't want to root for a team owned by the rock band KISS?? :) downside is they just signed Tebow.. maybe they should have stuck to singing.

The Seahawks group Volume 12 said officials from the Guinness Book of World Records will be in attendance when the Seahawks host the San Francisco 49ers Sunday night. The goal: set a new mark for the loudest crowd cheer.

The current record, set in March 2011 by 53,000 fans at a Turkish soccer match, is 131.76 dBA, which is above the human threshold for ear pain and roughly the volume of someone clapping loudly in your ear.

Also, someone in red will be losing an eyebrow.

$1,000 a ticket will get you in to see the game and another $1,000 to have your eardrums repaired. Rumor has it that watching it at home is safer but the noise will be so loud that your tv mute will be ineffective. Just sayin.

Well the Buccaneers are 0-3! What a way to start the season. Our defense is playing great but our offense cant score. Looks like another disappointing season for me.

They tried to give away last night's game but the defense stepped up big again. And coupled with the Packers loss this Bears fan slept great last night!!!

We , the browns , wholesales the team, Richardson trade, bench weedon for a third string qb , threat on to trade your best receiver for another draft pick, rumor to move the team, and the go out and win, wth, have not scored that many ponts in like 20 games.

I think they are making a deal to trade AL and Saban for the Browns. If it works out they might go .500 this year. If not, there's just no hope.

Don't remember either, but I do recall I bunch of fans wearing blocks of cheese on their heads!! :) But I do remember the visitors kicking some serious butt.....

BTW -- anyone see those guys with the cheese grater hats??? As a lifelong Bears fan, I need to get me one of those!!
