Depending on your price range the link below is a cheaper(i think) option. We bought the Supreme this spring and I am extremely happy with it. Does not let a drip of water in the boat and breaths well...

How much do the Evolution ones run? I have one of the Westland Sharkskin ones that fits really well that was a pretty good deal. It looks like on that IBoats link that it would be about $400 or so for one like it for your boat.
