Fuel issue

Hey,
Boat not getting power , hesitating past 22mph. Can someone tell me common issues and the proper check on the fuel system of a 2004 lsv ?

I've had something similar. I would put some stp octane boost in the tank and maybe some marine sta-bil and high grade fuel.

Bad gas/water in gas. Fuel Filter clogged, rotor/cap corroded, spark plugs and/or wires, fuel pump failing. Last, ECM.
