Mojo - Hard Tank

Couple questions:
1. What does it take to gain access to the hard tank? Other then the circular cover that opens to the connections?

2. Why does the vent line T? Does it have a front vent and a rear?

Yes, there are vent lines off the top at the front & rear of the tank that connect and go to the thru hull.
