I need to replace the rubber pad on my swim deck. I want to go with Sea Dek, but I don't want to wait the 5 weeks!!!!!

Is there another brand that is as good and quicker to get?

Just picked up gator grip based on Erics recommendation and finally seeing it in person. Installing Thursday. Can't beat the price and quick turn around. Sheet is large enough to cover with one piece. Post pictures soon.

Where did you find Gator Grip as their website has been shut down. I have found Dino grip that claims to be same on Wakejunky, com.

What/How do you recommend removing the existing rubber mat from the deck?

I just did mine a couple months ago. I just grabbed where it was already tearing then pulled and used a razor blade as I was pulling the mat. Also used goo-gone, a rag, and windex to wipe it all down at the end. Worked great and didnt take long at all. Oh and I used Sea Dek and they told me 5 weeks also but I had it at my door in 2.

I ordered an Original replacement for mine from Rinkers Boat world in Texas. Had it in about 12 days. When I opened it, it was the Newer style (Seadek) and had the Moomba logo. Very Nice. My old one was the black crappy stuff, took a bit longer to get off than I expected. Heat gun and a scraper helped!
I thought you were selling your boat, saw it on CL then gone. Thought you sold it. Hows the new house

Bought a cabin at Beaver lake instead. We are still going to get rid of it, just dealyed a little. New house is a lot of work!!! then you add a second home on top of that........ it is a nice get away though!!! That is actually why I need to replace the pad. Boat sits on lift and sun beats down on it and now we have issues with it turning our feet black and then it gets on seats.

So getting new pad anda cover made for it.

Just to add my $0.02 I ordered a new pad for my boat from Seadek and was told it would be 5+ weeks. Called them to make sure that was really true and they told me it would probably be longer. Called my most local Moomba dealer and the distribution warehouse in TN had a new one in stock. It will be here next week and it was $30 cheaper. I bet its even made by Seadek.
