My buddy has a 2002 Outback with two Speedos. One works the other Doesn't. Anyone have any experience to guess what causes this?

Easiest thing to check are the paddle wheels. If it is like my 2001, there will be two paddle wheels on the rear of the boat. See if they spin freely. If one drags, that may be the problem.

Best way to fix it is to yank out the one that is not working and replace it with Perfect Pass.
