Moving sucks! Im so tired and sore it's not even funny. Gonna do it again in about 6 months when the house is done.

Moving to the lake! Skiatook Oklahoma. About 45 min west of where we are now. So tired of towing the boat all the time, got a great deal on the lot and our house sold in three days. It's been close to a 3 year process finding the right lot, timing to sell our house etc and now everything is happening in less than 30 days. Kinda scary!!!

This is the first time we've moved ourselves. Our other moves have been job transfers that were company paid. Would have used movers this time but the apartment won't be ready for three weeks so we have our stuff s attested between family members and storage. Once the house is done we will probably pay someone to move everything in.

Nice deal there Todd! Can't wait to see some pics.

I'd love to live on the water, but just can't find a good balance between good schools for kids, commute to work and decent water.

Aint that the truth. We have some of the best schools in FL but go 40 min. to GA for decent water.

Moved from Chicago 2 years ago. Pain in arse. I'm living in apt and planning to buy house next year. My wife loves the Montessori school kids are going, so waiting for my daughter to finish her kindergarten. I told her that I'm not paying dang $1500 per month for both kids. I'd pay that much living in good area and buy a better boat.

I second what petty said! LOVE THAT BOAT GARAGE! I told my wife our next house will have an extra garage on it just like that.
