Help no power to fuel pump

On the 05 outback ls for sale theres no power to the fuel pump ,when turning the key to start it will read 12.5 volts for a second then 0 even when its diconected from the pump . Is it on its own circuit ?

Check the Oil pressure sensor. Happened on my old outback before.

To check the oil pressure sensor do i ground the single blue wire?

The fuel pump works if i add power to it
