Ballast system acronyms

Last year i purchased a 2001 Outback and realized quickly that it wasn't the boat for me, luckily i have some detailing skills and was fortunate enough to make a nice profit on that boat so this year i purchased an 2004 Mobius DD. Since ballast was a must have this go around i want to make sure i understand how the system works and after looking thru multiple threads i have to admit i'm confused with the acronyms.

Can someone breakdown all of the acronyms for me?
