Filling up for surfing and my ballast came loose spilling water everywhere. Notice that the quick connect elbow that a piece was busted off. So I need one of these

Now I noticed to install that I need this

My question is what size will I need and do I really need the tool

Why don't you just get a hoseclamp from Lowes? I just did my hole project with those. Sure the crimp ones look nicer but are a PITA to remove if you ever need to.

I second the hose clamps. Quick and easy to disconnect for whatever reason later.

Is this a common problem!?!? I just installed 2 1100lb bags in the back and I didn't even think about something like that happening... that would not be fun!!

Mine happens every once in a while, I also noticed the back panel of the ballast location has had two screws loose, don't no if this was causing it

Yep...that exact one. I think I paid $4.99 for a pack of 10.

Second lowes or Home Depot for the the ss clamps, bought lst of them for my upgrades, use black electrical tape around the bags.

fittings try this

I used the pinch clamps around the bags and regular hose clamps everywhere else. Old end nippers make a good tool for pinch clamps. I like the zip tie idea.
