I don't but I can easily draw a diagram. Because it's very easy to do it. All you need wire to any 12v dc power source (existing courtesy/dock switch or run a new wire from 12V battery and put a new switch if you want to control using switch)

as far as I know that moomba boat cup holder ID 3 5/8 and OD 4 1/4 (at least for new boat with SS cup holder) but it's better to confirm it.
