So I've decided to organize the jam for this year. If its successful we'll make it an annual thing and hopefully it will prove and grow after each year.

So right now I'm looking for date and area of the lake suggestions. Right now I'm looking at the Bald Ridge Area because it has a campground or Charelston park because it is our home ramp and 6 mile cans 4 mile are great places to ride and some good hangout/chill/beach spots in that area. If you have a suggestion let me know soon as I looking to lick this down within the next week or 2.

I'm also thinking about renting a house for my family for the weekend and having it there on a Saturday. That way we have an easily accessible base camp like Drew has had with his place on Sinclair. I'm leaning pretty hard in that direction. The house is in the Bald Ridge area across the way from the campground and park.

Let me know your thoughts and who would be interested in coming.

Hey man I'm in. I would like to have it in June or early July if its open. I am getting married the first weekend in August so I'm out that weekend. I would say that the Bald Ridge area is awesome. Ski cove is over there and a great place to hang out and get flat water. There is also a course set up there all summer so the ski guys will love it. If you don't know where that is I will map it.

I'm in too. I'm at Port Royale / Lan Mar, and prefer that area to ride (Flat Creek is our favorite), but will meet wherever on the lake you end up.

Ok Looking like June 22 in the Bald Ridge area. I have to confirm with the house I am renting. I just think it will be easier renting a house...also since the lake is so high (not complaining) we don't have many beaches now. Stay tuned!!

I am sure the water level will be dropping back down almost as fast as it came up unfortunately. I'm in for the 22nd. I think we should also get someone that gets on the Supra forum and see if they will push to get those guys in attendance. I wouldn't mind getting a pull from one of those guys, I have never wakeboarded off of a Supra.

The weekend after the 22nd I am having a bachelor party and renting a house boat for the weekend with about 6-7 of my good friends so I am actually good for either weekend.

Sounds like fun Lanier is my home lake . We usually go to Shoal Creek but Bald ridge and 6 mile are fine also. I will post on the Supra forum and talk to Atlanta marine about putting up flayer's there.

Alright so the date will be June 22. Location is TBD. We went and checked out the house this weekend and it's not in a good spot. So we are looking at other options. Stay Tuned!

I should be able to make this one. Will this be a kid friendly event?

Cool, we should be there. I have 2 kids, my son is 9 and my girl is 10. Hopefully I will not be the only one with kids.

Official announcement coming tonight. Have some good things planned and more things to announce as it gets closer. Hope we have a good turnout. Had to move the date to June 15th to accommodate one of the sponsors. It was either the 15th or the 29th and I figured the 29th was too close to July 4th...could be good and could be bad as people probably already have 4th plans locked in.

But good things coming for sure!

Will this be a kid friendly event?

That depends, if your kids drink heavily and some occasional blow, they'll be fine.

Pretty sure we can make it
