It came with the kit I bought, you can probably find something at Menards/Homedepot...

Just have to remember that the tube support goes back a ways so you need to ensure that the clearance is there. You also need to have an appreciation of cutting 4" holes in your boat. That is where the measure twice and cut once comes into effect.
