The calendar has been filled up for this season with awesome events scheduled around the globe. Our family hopes to make at least 4 of the qualifier events and 2 of the non-qualifying events. Hope to meet some of you all. Should be a fun summer!

Like you never traveled for your son's baseball?

It should be fun. Travel shouldn't be too bad. We've already booked the trip to Minnesota for the 10,000 Lakes event and Vegas for the World Championship. We'll drive to 2 events in Florida, 1 in Virginia and 1 in Georgia. Next year we're adding 1 international trip - that's IF the kids are still into it and IF the cash tree in the backyard has a growth spurt.

I didn't see any FL events listed or GA either for that matter. Is there another site for that?

Nationals were in FL last year as was the Tige mywake contest and I'm guessing they will be there again this year. I could be wrong. The event in GA is at Callaway Gardens in August.

only been to msp airport. might have to schedule a weekend trip over there since it's soo close now to put a face with a name :)

have to see if I can make it a long weekend and tow the boat over for some surfing..

That would be great, Scott! The 10K Lakes is a fantastic event. It's been held on Long Lake Beach the lst 2 years. When registration opened this year, the event SOLD OUT in less than 3 days. Most of the top riders will be at this event and the venue is great for interacting with them.

Drew, if you run across links to the GA and FL events, please post them up. Might meet up to cheer on the girls. Maybe even get M to enter one of them.

We'd love to go to the event in Phoenix, but I think that is the last week of school. The local school system administers finals for the middle school kids that week. They say it's the only way to keep them under control.



So this is a go??

90% go. I think they are getting the classes all figured out.
