Just ordered a pair of these: http://www.amazon.com/Attwood-Underwater-Lights-5-Inch-Stainless/dp/B001O0DIUY/

I know underwater LEDs have been reviewed and compared extensively elsewhere, but I prefer the look of these and the price is right. Vender says 10 of the white are left in stock.

Looked - could not find blues for under $179... Were whites the only ones on sale?

Yes the whites were $100 each when I ordered. Figured that was the right price point to add these to my beater :)

That one looks a lot like this one:

Probably not waterproof but would light up a cubby for cheap.

Dipped the backend of the boat in the water last night to see how the SeaBlaze3 looks in the water and to make sure there aren't any leaks...worked perfect and looks great! May add another one later on though to even it up...we'll see how it goes.

Yes... but it is the round type from the group buy last year.

Seablaze3 is only available in round.

The New SeaBlazeX is awesome! It can be either solid or it will strobe blue white or green.

I guess that's the only place it really works due to the curves. I'd like to have two spread apart a little but I don't guess that is an option

Yeah, in the middle is going to be your best spot. I thought mine was like yours but I have the one "arm" for the plate...I was going to do one in the middle but then when I brought the boat home to install it I saw it was different. I'll probably add another for the other side of the "arm" so it's even, but we'll see.
