has anyone used the boost box with there setup?..im going to hopefully run a exile set up with the ZLD. One thing that i have noticed that is starting to bug me a little is to turn down the music when i slow down the boat to pick up a boarder( half the time i cant find the controler so i have to stop. and walk over to the radio and turn it down)..im just wondering if anyone has used this with there set up and if they like it or not.

The Boost Box works fine with either a Sony hardwired remote input or with a universal IR target (different versions).
Which controller are you having trouble finding....IR remote control?

Add a remote to the head-unit at the helm. Master head-unit volume as well as most have mute.

The boost box will raise and lower the volume as a percentage of where the master head-unit volume is set to. Having the helm remote would still be valuable, even if you went with the Boost.
