How hard of a job is it? I just bought tower speakers for my 2002 Outback and need any help or advice in wiring the speakers.

Very easy drill your holes where you want the wires to come out for the speakers. There should already be a hole at the bottom of the tower near the hull. Feed some dental floss in this hole. Put a shop vac over the holes you drilled and suck the dental floss through. Tie your wires to the dental floss and pull them through. We did two towers this summer it took about 15 minutes.

You probably didn't think you would be "fishing" in your boat.

Do I need any special wiring?

The biggest issue is finding a thru the hull connector. You have to buy a whole wireing kit from moomba to get the connector then you need special tools to make the connection. This is only if you need to make the tower removable.

I do not plan on removing the tower, I may need to tilt it forward but that is it. I figured I just put a grommet in the top of the hulland run a wire thru it
