We all know who has the shiny new boats/models but who has the oldest? Is it realistic to have the same boat say 15/20 years down the road and love it as much as the first day you towed her home?

Better clarify if it had to be a ski/wake tournament style inboard, or just a boat?

Let's go with Moomba/Supra first since that's what most of us here currently own

Any wake boat second

And any other make/model/type third

2001 - Owned since 2006. Probably the only wake boat I'll own unless the lottery kicks in someday.

I could see keeping it and letting the kids use it when they're older. About 10 more years sounds right (my son would be 19)

I know there are some older ones present here.

1998 Mobius. First year with the roll bar (tower). Bought it in 2002 with about 225 hours and I have about 550 hours now. Very few problems.

2005 Moomba LSV but my boats go all the way back to my 14' Lund of circa 1975ish. I need to get a picture of the armada. 2005 Momba, 2000 Lund Alaska 18', 1975 Lund 14', a canoe, a layout boat and three kayaks.

Gotta bump this up because I know we have some Boomerang folks on the forum. Best water ski wake that Moomba put out.

96 Boomerang bought new. A little small but love to slalom and barefoot behind it. Wife and daughter want a bigger boat but I can't give up the small wake. Fun to drive and fast. 350 EFI Mercruiser engine is very reliable. I believe 96 was the first and maybe only year Mercruiser was offered. Garage kept and still has original interior and carpet.

How about some pics of that Boomerang?!?!

I've always liked the looks of Z's ride.

I think I'm winning so far, 1985 Supra Sunsport Skier. I'm kind of cheating though, only had her for three seasons so far. I wish I could say I've been taking care of it longer.

Thanks guys, check out the link in my signature to see mods and more pictures.

There's a couple active members over on the Supra side that have '84's I know of, not sure of any earlier than that.

2002 Outback LS bought brand new. Wish I could afford an LSV but probably not in the cards for a while.

That there is a great looking boat, bet it lays down a nice flat ski wake.
