Was wondering if anyone else out there is a collector of anything. As a kid I collected sports cards (Baseball, Football, Basketball) I actively collected from 1986 to around 1994. I still have all those cards in 3 giant Rubbermaid storage boxes in my garage. No telling what it would be worth now. I've had and have some really great cards.

Now I've become a collector of Brewery pint glasses. I'm not sure how many I have but they have overtaken a nice china chest we have in out dining room. Whenever we get into a new house with a basement for my "man cave" I'm sure they will get relocated. Most of the time when we are out and I get a cool glass I'll ask the server if they will sell it and 9/10 they just end up saying just take it. I got 4 from a bar in Jacksonville last weekend. Server kept bringing cool glasses for that very purpose and gave me a bag to cover my "thievery" as she put it. I'll also score a glass pretty often at our local Taco Mac on pint nights where they give a glass out with the beer of the month on Thursdays. I'm always on the lookout for glasses.

Does anyone else here collect pint glasses or any other type of collectibles?

golf balls from all the courses I play. my old man did the same thing for many years and I'm sure I'll get them someday, but it just isn't the same if you haven't played the actual course. that's where the fun in collecting lies..

Thats kinda how I feel about the pint glasses. There are a LOT of pretty cool ones on Ebay but I just don't think it would be the same if I bought them from there. Not to mention that peole are pretty proud of them too and the prices show it! The fun is how you find them.

I guess you could call this a collection but I like to build guns from scratch. I'll buy the parts from all over the internet and assemble them. Here is my latest build....
Spikes tactical upper and lower. Barrel is yhm. Tapco buffer and butt stock. Rock river arms lower parts kit. 50mm tasco red dot with no magnification. Compensator and gas block are yhm.

^haha awesome.

When my uncle passed I was left his beer can collection. Man there are some dandies in there. I'm hoping to get the basement bar finished this winter and display all of them.

I have a couple of these

Al I can see I need to make you my new best friend for next season and start up the 'good buddy' demo program!

I have been collecting various beer transportation receptacles for years but every week they disappear and I have to start over...

Any time Berg. I have actually thinned out my quiver a little. I sold a couple that were redundant and the top board is actually not mine - it's Brian's from Exile.

So which one is your favorite?

Boon, my favorite and my son's favorite is the red and yellow board, third from the bottom. It's the Drive model made by React. I think it's 4'-6". Made by a small company in Vancouver, WA that closed their doors last year (Newty's uncle, I think he was). Great board, super fast, turns on a dime, lots of nose rocker so you don't bury the nose.

The green Slingshot Space Pickle is my newest board. I bought it to be the all around board that everyone should be able to freeride in no time. It's super thick and floaty and fairly long but still fairly light. Great board to go from first pull to freeriding as soon as possible. Also a great board for heavier riders.
