Swim Platform Rattle

Does anyone else experience swim platform rattle on their fiberglass swim platform? Has anyone does anything to prevent this. I'm trying to figure out a way to prevent it. Any ideas are welcome.

It might work to remove the platform, then shoot some silicon window caulk into the brackets and replace the platform. Might prevent rattling when it sets-up. Never tried it though. Rattle comes and goes.
