I was wondering if the hull on a 2004 Supra Launch SSV is the same as Moomba Mobius LSV. Reason why I am asking is my friend bought one and was going to use my trailer to go pick it up.
Thanks. Dustin

I dont think there exactly the same. But the main thing you have to look at is both boats have a Edge on the rear end.

Look on the right side right where the strap is.

The 2004 Supra SSV hull, has a lip on the edge also but in the pictures you cant measure how fare apart it is.
You have to make sure then you pull it out of the water this lip isnt on the bunks.

I wish there was a chart. My buddy always wants to have a pissing contest everytime Im around. He has an 03 21Launch and he keeps trying to tell me that the running bottom is the same as the 2013 LSV. Wish it could just be looked up.

Maybe one of the factory guys will chime in. I thought they told us once before that, while there are some similarities these are different hulls, different molds.

They are different hulls, just look at the pictures. The LSV has a much wider flat section from both sides of the wake plate. Then it angles up about 2 inches and it is flat again till that lip. Then it angles up.

The Supra hull angles up from both sides of the wake plate then has that lip and continues to angle up.

Not the same hulls at all.

call boatmate and see if it will work.

^ What Mike said. If you decide to give it a try I'd be in the water behind the boat as it slowly lays down on the trailer pulling out. Not just for the side-to-side bunk fit but more to make sure the prop isn't going to hit the trailer since the Supra rear looks deeper in the middle.

Supra and Moomba do not share hulls/molds at all. The LSV and the 22SSV are different hulls. Like suggested before, you can try to contact Boatmate to see if their trailer can work for different models.

Thanks for the replys. It will be lowered down with a lift so they will be able to see it. It is a 3 hour drive.
