Gawd i wish we had that, LOL

This morning it was 53 and droped to 45 threw the area Hagg Lake is in. Its been like that all week in the AM. In the afternoons were still getting high 70s to low 80s but we dont get that warm till after 1pm and by 6pm its cooling down fast again.

Unfortunatly i pulled my left shoulder or sprained it on Labor Day wake skating and even now if i pull a door open with my left arm i get significant discomfort. I think my riding season might already be done with. :(

come on mike, you only need one arm to hold the surfrope.....

hopefully it does not impede your ability to drive a boat ;)

Dude, that wakeskate has got your number. Hope you start to feel better. They are right you know, you can get up on the surf board with one good arm.

There you go believing weathermen again. They'll tell you they are good for about 24 hours, 36 at the most. Everything is a guess based on computer trends. Man, that has to be the best job in the world.

Chawk- little taste of the PNW there for ya! Now you know why I'm talking up moving to TX.

We actually have a decent stretch coming up here that could push 90 for a few afternoon hours. Right now I'm kinda hosed like Mike - lost hearing in the right ear and have constant ringing. Not a wax blockage according to Dr #1, so off to the specialist Monday. No water for me in the near future... :(

Toying with winterizing as things are coming to an end quite rapidly around here.

Sorry to hear that Greg.

This morning i rode in and it was 47 when i left the house, 42 near Hagg Lake.

It does warm up nicely but man those cold nights are really cooling the lakes and rivers down fast.

Mike, at least your arm issues are at the end of the season and not the begining.

Greg, good luck with the ear.

 Unfortunately... Sports and scouts occupy three nights a week now. Plus soccer every Saturday. Gone to the beach this weekend, scout activities the next. May still sneak out one last time but it will be real iffy.

I'm banking on Boonjeepin not winterizing until December and jumping on board with him for a few more runs when the sun peaks through.

Terrible weather weekend in the CTX. Rain since Thursday and chilly. Rain suppose to pass today then highs in the low 80's next week. Friday suppose to hit 90 so we are still in good shape

Never said I believed them...they also said last weekend was supposed to be rain all weekend.. rain went away mid saturday and was beautiful the rest of the time :) Typical of our experiences up north

The weather in DFW sucked all weekend... in the low 70's and spitting on us. Spent the weekend on a bar stool instead of a boat seat. :)

I love it when it rains in DFW and fills my lake up!

We had what I call "perfect" weather. It was 87 degrees, very light breeze to keep the love bugs off of you and the water was 78. There was nobody on the river. Once school and football start we get only about 10-15% of the boaters we get during the peak summer period. Got to wakeboard and surf. Did not get the 360. I'm going back to the drawing board on that one. But, my daughter #2 pulled the 360 on her new Lakewakes board. She rode out of it but was back a little too far and lost the wake after about 7-8 seconds. Still, she did it.

Nice nice, the 360 as ive seen it is all about the hard drive to the front so you dont lose your wave in the spin. Or its about sinning in the flats and mainting perfect balance.

Check out Bri Chmel on her 360s.

Bri rides a skim board without a fin. Not saying the wicked 1080's, 1140's, 1800's, etc are easy to do, but it's different on a surf board or even a skim wth a fin.

We rode with Dominic Lagace yesterday and while he thought the girls 360's were good, he worked with them to land great 360's where they kick the rear of the board around versus the hand chop and dragging yourself around.

Just keeping the board straight with no fin is a challenge

Hope you got a little video to share the coaching with some of us that can't surf worth a crap! Have fun today! Wish I was there. Pouring rain, thunder and lightning here. Sure hope you get a good weather day there.
