I notice my little shredder in the water. Had a blast. She made it out of the wake on her own, back in, and then made a sharp corner and didn't let the rollers get her. Super proud. Awesome weekend.

I give em a break, we had 8 riders and 4 of them go maybe once a year who all try and throw down, so I cut em some slack. I just thought that pic was cool with the spiraling* rope.

Yeah it's a pretty good drive for us too, but can't beat the warm water and glass water all day. We never go out into the actual res, we like to stay back in the east corner.

Hey Mike - possible spot for next years PNW Moomba Meet. There are a few campgrounds around, where we stayed had full marina, small store, moorage, gas, etc. town is about 20-30 min away. We should talk.

Mike - You would love it. We almost had the entire lake to ourselves. Alot like Lake Billy but not as busy. Good water till noon and then it got really windy both days that we were there. It calmed down in the late evening.

Berg- I am sure we can make it happen. My wife has to submit vacation requests 9 weeks in advance so we need a little warning on the dates.

Unfortunately that's not our home lake, although it seems like it! That is at the cottage ~4 hours from home. My home lake has 4 marinas but not bars/restaurants :(

We have lake Minneola that has a drive up Tiki bar & grill if the water would ever come back up to it. :(

Shoot you guys should come visit Lake Lanier. Not only do we have numerous dock up bars/restaurants we also have a water park that you can pull up to from the lake. Saturday nights you can watch a movie outside on the projection screen with the family while floating in the wave pool. All the while your boat is at the many dock spaces right outside the park.
One thing Lanier is not short of is things to do and clean water. But unfortunately many people know this and are there every weekend. Have to go up to the North side of the lake where ENash is to find any good water.

Those are Sangers optional hard tanks.

that sanger throws a good wave. the couple that own it have several options for ballast. he has a ton of lead bars that he got from a friend. they are 2ft long, 2-3" in diameter and weigh 25lb each. easy to move around. he was also into using those jugs for a while. retired guy at 50 that likes to tinker. I sometimes think he wants to get the best wave possible while using the least amount of "conventional" ballast.

they want to buy the new 237 at the dealer here, but I don't think he ever will as then he won't have anything to tinker with on it ;)

Tried out my 2004 F150 today for the first time and it went as expected. The temps were around 90 today and very few boats out and the water temperature remains warm. I even got a ski run in and then had to go to work on tightening the packing. Five minutes of work with a 1/2 hour to take off the engine cover, rear panels and the center floor section. I found things I have been missing for awhile. Brought my 32" flat screen to the beach and at it worked well. It was fun watching the Seadogs whip up on the Cowgirls. I have no more gas in the tank so I may be done for the year.

Yeah but didn't take my boat this time. Moomba Supra Jam was better. It was still a good time. I think the weather hurt attendance even though it turned out fine.

As the work radios go Dewalt is on the bottom end of the scale. The tools are OK. Much better work radios out there . Stick to the stereo in the boat ,I think... haha

It was a great day. Warm and sunny, with almost no clouds, river was glass all day, only saw a handful of boats and the water temp was something like 86. You gotta love Texas in September!

We have a Golden too but have never taken him on the boat mainly because I'm a little anal and I don't want hair everywhere or claws to tear into upholstery. Our boat is pretty much the only Dakota hair free zone that we have lol.

We haven't been out much due to other obligations but these were taken by a friend of mine 2 weeks ago as we were pulling up to them. The weather here is turning fast, I fear we only have a couple wknds at best as long as we have good weather. The water temps are also dropping fast.

So our new trailer finally showed up. I don't think I could have tugged that thing another mile before it would have disintegrated into a million pieces. I still need to get some new wheels and rubber on the ground, but I think it made a world of difference to the way the boat looks.

We take Jasper whenever we are going to be in fresh water. He just loves being on the boat and around us too much. Goldens make great boat dogs. I haven't noticed much hair, but we do have him cut (not quite shaved) a couple of times each summer, so the hairs are short. No marks yet to speak of from having him in the boat.

Thanks on the trailer. I'm itching to go out again but it looks like it is going to just rain all damn weekend, & I haven't taken it out yet. Good thing it stays pretty warm here or I would be going nuts!! I keep reading posts here and on Supra about guys winterizing (those sound like bad words right now).
