I am looking to buy a 2002 Moomba Mobius lsv and I am wondering what are the key things to look at?

Depends on your skill level, depending on hours I'd check every switch, hatch, cushion, etc, engine compression test and water test. See if there's a dealer/marina near the boat and have them check it out for you, should only cost $100-200(?)..

I love my 02 I just wish it was a little bigger. I just turned 870hrs without any major problems (knocks on wood)
