I pulled the below info from wakeprops.com. I do not know the shaft size on the 04 OB. I know that most new Moomba boats are 1 1/8" but the 04-07 Moomba LS is only an 1" shaft. I am thinking you might have an 1" shaft since the LS same year only has a 1" but I am not sure. The ACME's 209 is a 1" prop but only 3 blade. Hope this helps.

The ACME 1617 4 Blade propeller offers the most aggressive holeshot and acceleration for heavily weighted boats, but in a slightly smaller diameter for boats that have clearance issues.

If you use your boat entirely for wakesurfing and wakeboarding, and have added a significant amount of additional ballast, the ACME 1617 propeller will restore your boats acceleration, speed holding and fuel economy.
Specifications
Diameter: 14"
Pitch: 13.75"
Cup: .105
Rotation: Left Hand
Shaft: 1 1/8"
Common Applications: 2006 and newer Nautique 210, 220, 236

My 03 OB has a 1" shaft. Most DD have 1" shaft.

I spoke to JT Nettle, of Nettle Props in Austin, TX, on the phone for about 20 minutes explaining what all I used the boat for and how I wanted the boat to perform (04 Outback DD). He told me that if I wakeboard and tube behind the boat all the time and don't mind losing a little top end speed that the ACME 541 is best (13x12 3blade) then I told him that I run the boat on average with 8 friends in it and a 500 lb ballast and thinkin about getting more bags and he said I need to go with the ACME 543 (13x11.5 3blade) for more acceleration/hole shot and to hold the throttle better at lower speeds and its $370 from him with a $20 coupon for shipping if you order online!! I'll probably be ordering the 541 in the next day or so...

yeaa..right now im running a fat seat in the back, and i emptied it out once with a shop vac and did the math to about 1100lbs of ballast in the back alone..that pluss about 4-6 people is average..on a rare day it will be like 6 but most of the time about 4-5 including me..and i also plan on adding another bag to the front..at about 750-1000 lbs

said it many times, and it is in my signature, but the 13x12 is a pretty good prop.. bought from nettles in may.. part of my wishes I would have went with the 11.5 though, so if I had to do it over Id go with that.. my boat doesn't see 40mph too often, but will do 46 mph on glass sometimes.
