Leaving this morning for West Chester Ohio for nationals. It's been a long season so far and a lot of work but the week is finally here. I'm not sure who is more anxious/nervous, me or my son as this is his first event of this magnitude.

Just praying everything goes well!

Tyler didn't make it through to the finals. Came up 7 points short and 1 spot out of transfer. He had 2 falls and let his nerves get the best of him. It's ok though we've had a great week up here and World's is just right around the corner in a couple of weeks.

My wife has a pretty full camera of pics so far and will do my best to upload some of the good pics when we get back home.

If anyone is interested feel free to follow me on Instagram "tnbrooks01" or Tyler's twitter "@itsmetylerb"or https://www.facebook.com/pages/Tyler-Brooks/330932026932946 as there are lots of pics and updates from different events that we attend.

It's AWESOME that he got out there and participated and the family got to (hopefully) enjoy a cool trip together. He willbe that much better prepared for Worlds and its also a great life experience, IMO.

For our Northern Brethren, if you're close, get out and cheer on young Tyler at World's!

thanks for info. Everything has been good and the three of us have had a great time an its been a great learning experience for my son. We haven't made it to Montgomery inn. We have hit skyline chili which was great and the service was top notch. Also to penn station and had a great Philly.

Already looking forward to Worlds and Supra/Moomba events going on there as well!
