Belt Squeel

Have a high pitch belt squeel upon start-up that lasts about 2-3 seconds than goes away. Boat is a 2010. Is it just a matter of a loose belt? (we have service done every spring so they should be checking for loose belts etc)

sometimes water on the belt will cause this ....check for any leaks that could be wetting the belt
