How can I test the oil sensor on the v drive. My v drive light is coming on oil level is good.

Coming on above 1200 rpms?

It stays on all the time no matter the rpm.

From what I gather, its a simple on off pressure switch like an oil pressure sender. With no pressure on it you should see less than 1 ohm across it and an open circuit pressurized. Using a dvom

Were you able to determine if the sensor was the issue, or is there a different problem?
