Does this work on older moombas (2010) ?

My gauges don't look like that but the perfect pass does. Video says 2009 to 2012 but I know there is instructions floating around on how to adjust the timers but they don't go with this route.

This is on my 2012 easy peasy..


The older versions I believe you have to do a series of clicks on the ballast switches.
