Electrical Issue

I just replaced the steering cable and carburator in my 2005 Moomba Mobius LS and now my boat will not start.

I tested any hot wires I could find in/around the engine to make sure they were getting power supply from the battery. The wires going into the relay switch all have power however the wires going out do not have power, so the spark plugs and fuel pump are not getting power. I replaced the relay hoping it would solve the issue but I had no luck.

I don't know if we knocked something while we were replacing the steering cable, but I can not seem to figure out the problem. I dont see any loose wires or disconnections...

Any ideas/input/suggestions would be awesome.

Does the boat crank?
When you turn on the key can you hear the fuel pump priming?
DOes everything on the dash appear to work normally?
