Ballast Solenoid not working

All, I have a 2006 Moomba Mobius LSV with the GIII ballast system. The center and left ballast bags
will not fill. The pump is working and supplies the right bag with good flow. When selecting the left
or center, I get voltage at the solenoid, but the solenoid will not open. What the typical solenoid/valve
problems folks have come across in the past? Thanks for the help in advance!

Are you looking to figure out what to replace?

If you open the V drive and turn on the pump for that bag, it doesnt open and let water to the desired bag. Then flip the black switch on the valve housing.
Does the water flow?
No - bad sprinkler valve goto Home Depot buy another.
Yes then you have no power at the electrical actuator. Test it for 12V
12V present?
Yes - you have a bad actualtor for the valve, goto Home Depot buy another wire it in.
No - bad sprinkler valve goto Home Depot buy another.
No 12V at the actuator
Check fuses under dash, check switch in the panel.
