Starboard Pump Not Working

I have an 06 Mobius LSV. My rear starboard fat sack fills on its own but will not empty the pump does not run. I pulled it out and hooked it up to the other side and it worked fine. When i flip the switch it lights up but no power. Not sure where to start to look to see where it is possibly shorting out. Any help would be appreciated.

If the pump works on the opposite side then I would suspect the fuse. The fuse block should be up under the help. It's black and has 6 fuses in it (assuming you have the GIII ballast). One side will say "solenoids" and the other "pump out" and each will be labelled "left rear, center, right rear".
