TOWER SCREWS

I was recently doing maintenance on my new LSV and went to make sure the screws around the tower mounts were tight. As I was checking the tightness I noticed that 1-2 screws and in 1 case 3 screws just turned freely and didnt get any tighter at all. Is this normal and has anyone had a similar experience. These are not actually screws, they are bolts. there is a backing plate and nuts inside of the hull. If your still under warranty have the dealer tighten everything up.
