My girls are looking for a new board this year and Mark from LakeWakes developed this super-light (3 lb, 11 oz) cork top design for them. He also carved out some custom fin designs that let them reall y break it loose.

You have no idea. . . .

We probably burned 1/2 tank of gas while she worked on that 360 for about 3 hours. She just wouldn't give up.

All of my children have been described as "strong willed." My wife & I are hoping that helps them through their teen years and they stick to the values we've tried to instill in them, but from ages 4.5-13, that "strong willed" child can be a royal pain in the arse!

Thanks. I thought both girls did really well for basically their first sessions of the year behind a new boat and on a new board.

That setup was:

1,100 in port locker
about 400 in starboard locker
370 under port seat
450 center
about 400 in the bow

wakeplate maybe at 1/2
10.2-10.5 mph

I think that run was with the wind. I have some video of them going into the wind/chop and it looks like they're in the ocean with the spray.
