Are you open to having the whole wolfe crew on board? No worries if you're not a fan of the kids, I sometimes am not myself. We're looking at a mini vacation out that way the 2nd wk of June.

I'm back out there mid-October by myself.

I've only seen it from the air and in pics. It looks like one amazing place to ride!

need to get back out there this fall and do some work on the mum's place. you staying for a few days in oct on business or pleasure? if pleasure, would plan my trip back there during that time..

Honestly man I dont mind at all, just like to be out onn the water! Dont wakeboard much, mainly surf but they are more than welcome!

Whoo hooooooo!

Zach has been gracious enough to adjust his schedule to accomodate our family and we will be surfin Lake Mead on Friday morning!!!

I've always been mesmerized by the pics folks have posted up of the Southwestern lakes as they are in such contrast to what we are used to here in the Southeast. Never thought I'd get an opportunity to get out on one of these lakes and I am stoked. Probably going to be the highlight of the trip for me.

never been on mead, but the marina at boulder city always did impress me with the way it can move in and out based on the water level fluctuations. there's a lot of services and dock space floating in the water..

if you can, get around to the dam. I heard it's quite a site from the water.. would make a nice pic surfing with hoover dam in the background..

A HUGE shout out to Zach for taking my family surfing on Lake Mead. We did a dinner cruise on Thursday and saw the Hoover Dam from the water. It was awesome!

Met Zach and his crew on Friday morning and we surfed until early afternoon. Great group of folks who treated us fantastic from the second we introduced ourselves. Man, I hope we can do it again.

Zach has a XLV and it's weighted real nice. We had a crew of 10 including my 3 kids and the wave was great with the bow loaded up. The water was crisp and felt awesome to get into as temps reached 100 degrees. Had to drive to the Grand Canyon RV park after surfing or I'm sure that a few cold ones would've been consumed very easily!

Thanks again for coming out, can't even tell you how much you helped! Great to meet your family, and I wish your daughter's best of luck in their competition! Anytime you come out we can definitely head to the lake, I can always use the coaching, and had a great time! I'm thinking everyone out East needs to pull those boats out here to Lake Mead for a surfing/camping weekend!!
