Ballast Intake Valve Leaking

I was going to fill my bags this weekend, when I opened the valve water started pouring from the underside of the valve. Has anyone every had to replace the valve? It looks like it is very hard to get to. Please let me know if you have and how you did it.

Are you refering tot he main valve from the water intake under the boat to the primary pump? No i have never replaced it, in fact ive never closed it LOL

That's the one. My bags were filling even after I switched them off. I turned the main valve off and have left it off. We usually have enough riders that I don't need the bags so I have taken them out. I put them in on Saturday and when I open the valve water was coming in from the bottom side. It may be an easy fix, I haven't really had time to look at it. I was just wonerding if this had happened to anyone else.
