When I put my boat in gear and Idel around I can hear a whistle type sound it goes away the more I speed up.. I had prop redone i don't know I don't know if it's that as the prop spins against the water... It does not do this in reverse... Maybe it's something I've never noticed in the past.. Anyone have a idea of what it might be? I have a 07 Moomba Möbius LSV

I had a whistle noise at low speeds when running the OJ wakeboard prop. Switched to the Acme 1433 and the whistle and a lot of growling went away.

It can also be from the air being sucked thru the throttle body and flame arrestor. Check this area for the noise to rule it as or out.

I had that problem once. Turned out it was how I had my head turned, it was the wind whistling through the empty noggin... sad but true...

Are you sure Andy Griffith wasn't playing in the background.

Nope wasn't Andy. But thanks so much for bringing that up, now I won't be able to get that tune out of my head...
