I know in the past Wake Makers had discounts for Moomba owners. Does anyone know if such a discount is going on now? I'm going to purchase a couple more bags and I love saving money!!

What kind of bags are you looking for? I'm about to sell a pair of 1100's...
Used one season.

Hey berg appreciate the offer. I purchased a couple 400lb sacks to go with my 750's and another manual pump. You shouldn't have any trouble getting rid of them.

Going custom made. I have a quote on hold at wakemakers - just waiting for me to pull the trigger.

My rear lockers are a little short and cause the 50" long bags to bunch up pretty bad when getting full. Plus I have been toying around with an in-line reversible pump setup going bag-to-bag to make fill and drain times for surfing ridiculous fast. However, other mods and updates will probably take priority over that.

I got it to work - have no idea what the issue was last night but it's good now. Got my 5th reversible on the way. Plan is to cut the cooler out this weekend.

Thats the order I placed earlier in the week. If you don't have any extra bags you might want to think about the 750x2 w/ pump. They kick up a pretty nice wave with the 400 hard tank ballast on the '08 LS. I am hoping another 800 lbs I'll be able to dial the wake in a little better/bigger/longer this should give me 2700lbs total.

dang... that's 1900LBS total. I am new to the whole ballast deal so I will ask. With that much extra weight... can you have anyone extra on the boat other than the driver and surfer?

This has been talked about a lot. It can be a concern but to many its not. I frankly dont worry about it. I run almost 3300lbs and 2200 of that is while surfing and i still have 6 adults in the boat. So year im way over weight but ive never had my Marine patrol say anything about it. Its not like they are going to ask you how much weight your running. There more concerned with how many people in your boat and the correct safety gear for everyone.

Member here a couple years ago shows his boat after it was completly floded to almost the top of the gunel still being able to float. It takes several tons of water to sink a wake boat

We ran 1900lbs all last year and didn't have any problems, well maybe a couple times when we didn't cut back across the wake correctly and had the rollers come over the bow, but did no damage just a few gallons of water in the boat.

One thing to remember with a larger sac you don't have to fill them up all the way, but if want to the extra weight is there.

I tried the discount too and it didn't work. Do you have to be a registered user to use it, or maybe I'm entering the code in the wrong place?
