I haven't seen these before and was wondering if they are new or if I just haven't seen them. Seem a little pricey for what a $15 hoppity will do.

Cool idea. Could you just fashion something out of PVC, Velcro straps and an old pool noodle?

Yikes, a bit pricy. Not sure I'd like to have these clamped to my tower and hooked to another boat if some big rollers can along... not sure how much torsion it'd apply to the tower legs with these things clamped to it... So how do they store, just swing them around and velcro them to themselves?

Pass. I don't raft with anyone anyway, if they want on board they can swim over to the boat LOL

Or maybe we can run a line between towers and send them over on a bosun's chair... Hmmm...

Zipline between towers. Now there's an idea.

That leaves a pretty long gap to clear when boat hopping. I see a ton of heads hitting glass when they land on wet glass..

Exactly! Yeah the boats fine but Suzy busted her head open, I'll have to leave now and take her for stiches and a cat scan.... BTW does blood come out of the vinyl or not?

Thinking about other ways to use these...

I can see some dunderheads using these with both boats underway while trying to make that mega surf wake pocket...

Additionally if the made a walkway that could be attached between them maybe??? Good place for a grill? Hang wet towels from? Make a harness to hang the videographer from over the side??

Incorporate a trapeze from the tower like you use when hiking the Hobie or Prindle cat. Could get some cool video out there.

Think that idea has been around for a while, just used differently!

Back on topic slightly, Exile sells giant rubber ball bumpers that will work almost as good, but for way less money.

would you not also need spring lines to keep the boats even, then hopping from boat to boat you can trip over them.

Hippy Hops all the way--cheap, work great, store great and the Exile one's are just bad a$$

Exile Hippity Hops are 20 a piece or 13 a piece for 8 or more. Do the same thing as shocks, Hell you could even float on those in Party Cove.....I want to hang 2 of them of the back of my boat while I cruz around.....My boat got some Balls...LOL

You back in college?

We used to have a huge drag race playoff that started with hundreds and came down to two final racers-- 15 kegs as it took all day-- on BigWheels down a giant hill. One pusher, one rider. Great event.
