Once Christmas is over I'm ready for summer. Although I wouldn't mind one round of a few GOOD snow days. We got jipped on that a few weeks back when a storm came through.

We need a hard freeze to kill insects and such...

We havent had a good freeze here either. We really need a good one to keep the mosquitos to a barable level in the summer.

FILTHY RODENT! Don't believe a word he says. Summer's coming in April this year.

In MN we always hope he sees his shadow - that means ONLY 6 more weeks of winter....

But we have had unseasonably warm as well. We are over 4 feet behind our snowfall from last year and have only had probably 2 or 3 days of below zero weather. A little worried about lake levels for the summer.

Join the club... we have had some rain... but I KNOW the Great Texas Drought will be here soon enough. I will be out enjoying the water AS SOON AS it is WARM before it dries up again!
