We're in Hawaii, and it's the first chance I got to go on line. I never thought this would happen but the wife said she would take a surfing lesson.... ON THE NORTH SHORE NO LESS. This is her first time on a board. I'll post some more pics when I get back home.

This was a couple of days ago. The swell was up today and we went back. She was surfing 3 footers plus. Forget the boat I don't want to leave here. I've had the bug since the first time we were here 5 years ago, and it look like she's got the bug now too.

I think we're planning another trip to Maui for this time next year. That's the plan anyway!

I lived in Hawaii for 4 years. Wakesurfing doesn't come close but it's all we have inland.
