it's been 2 wks + since Christmas Day and I figured the Good Will all us Dads acquired by having tons of gifts under the tree has just about run out.

You got goodwill for all your gifts.....? Really, all my kids did was tear everything open and then wonder what they were going to get a "moms". I had to distract them completly with a new, old sport, down hill skiing :)
